Первую идиому ЗНАЮТ МНОГИЕ ✅a piece of cake (легко сделать, проще простого)

Когда не хотим выбирать, предпочитаем все и сразу, скажем ✅have their cake and eat it (too):
You can’t have a steady girlfriend and yet flirt with all the women in the room. That’s called having your cake and eating it!

Когда событие делает положительную ситуацию ЕЩЕ ЛУЧШЕ, используем ✅the icing on the cake
It’s a great job, in a great company and – the icing on the cake – I get to work with Ollie!

Property in this area is selling like hot cakes.
