New 2016, 2017 Nissan GTR aka Godzilla custom modifyMORE THAN JUST MUSCLE
New features for 2016
With a Twin Turbo V6 producing an earth-shaking 545 horsepower, it’s easy to overlook everything else GT-R® has to offer—which is a lot. For 2016, that includes a new recalibrated suspension that reduces load fluctuation between the four wheels, and helps keep your wheels tight on the road for a smoother, more sophisticated ride. We’ve also added advanced headlights that adjust their illumination pattern based on your driving speed, and an all-new interior option with pale ivory semi-aniline seats, and contrasting hand-stitched details.
ONE MAN. ONE ENGINE.
Handcrafted
From start to finish, each GT-R® engine is handcrafted by its own master engine-builder in a climate-controlled "clean room." Each twin-turbo V6 is precisely assembled from lightweight, highly durable aluminum and magnesium parts. It takes the exacting standards of the plant's most talented and devoted engine builders to produce the engine that has redefined what a supercar can be.
"As the icon of Nissan's driving performance, the GT-R continues to evolve. With the signature V-motion grille, the GT-R now possesses the latest Nissan design language. Its exceptional aerodynamic performance has given the GT-R a more mature character, which will continue into the future," said Mamoru Aoki, Nissan's executive design director.
2016 Nissan GT-R NISMO review. The car features a 600 HP 3.8L twin-turbo V6, enhanced aerodynamics, and a Nürburgring developed suspension. The hand built engine features dual overhead cams, 4 valves per cylinder, plasma sprayed cylinder bores, 91 compression ratio, and aluminum block and heads. The engine produces 600 horsepower 6,800 RPM, and 481 lb-ft 3200 RPM, with a maximum engine speed of 7000 RPM. This is 55 horsepower and 18 lb-ft over a standard GT-R, thanks in part to large diameter high-flow turbocharges which are also used in GT3 competition. MSRP As Tested 165,780The base GT-R Nismo starts at about 150,000, while the MSRP of the car Im currently testing rings in at 165,780, primarily due to a nearly 13,000 weight-reducing titanium exhaust. #cars #auto #moto #4youautomanija
