✔️ Must выражает наибольшую степень вероятности (90-100%).
For example:
📌 He shakes hands with an invisible man. He must be off his meds.
📌 The neighbours must be out. There aren't any lights on in the house.
✔️ Can't выражает наибольшую степень вероятности (90-100%) того, что что-то не так.
For example:
📌 He can't be in town right now because he was supposed to fly on a business trip to Chicago yesterday.
📌 Tom can't be at home at the moment. I just saw him get in his car and drive away.
Achtung❗
Mustn't не употребляется вместо can't в тех предложениях, где выражается наибольшая вероятность того, что что-то не является правдой.
✅ He can't be a native speaker. He has a heavy accent.
❌ He mustn't be a native speaker. He has a heavy accent.
И ещё момент. Как Вы должны были заметить, в самом начале статьи в списке modal verbs of deduction отсутствует can. Его там нет потому, что can не используется в ситуациях вероятности. Вместо can используйте could.
✔️ Could выражает меньше 50% вероятнсти того, что что-то является правдой.

📌 She could be American judging by her accent.
✔️ Might выражает ту же спепень вероятности, что и could.
📌 When you call me, I might be in the meeting.
📌 It's really freezing today. You have to warm up the engine because if you don't, the car might not start tomorrow morning.
✔️ May выражают среднюю степень вероятности (50%).

📌 Tom isn't answering the phone. He may be busy at the moment.
📌 I'm not sure, but I may get back home later tonight. I may have a meeting after work.
Многие native speakers, с кем я общаюсь, говорят, что они вообще не видят разницы между глаголами may и might, когда они задействованы в ситуациях, где выражается вероятность чего-либо.
It might rain later.=It may rain later.
Let's sum up.
Must — you are very certain or almost certain that something is true (90%-100%).
Can't — you are very certain that something is not true (90%-100%).
May — you are quite/fairly certain (50%) that something is true.
Might and could are weaker than may (less than 50%).
