Hi, my dear readers!

Подготовка к экзаменам идет полным ходом? Тогда я хочу помочь, я уже писала, что сделаю несколько постов на тему школьных экзаменов ЕГЭ и ОГЭ. Сегодня поговорим о ЕГЭ и разберем задание 4 из устной части.

Сразу оговорюсь, что задание, на мой взгляд, максимально путающее и пугающее, да и к тому же далеко от реальной жизни. Но что поделать, экзамен есть экзамен.

Итак, пример задания:

Imagine that you are doing a project “Best way to buy clothes” together with your friend. You have found some illustrations and want to share the news. Leave a voice message to your friend. In 2.5 minutes be ready to:

give a brief description of the photos, justifying the choice of the photos for the project;
say in what way the pictures are different, justifying the choice of the photos for the project;
mention the advantages and disadvantages (1–2) of the two shopping styles;
express your opinion on the subject of the project – which shopping style you’d prefer and why.

You will speak for not more than 3 minutes (12–15 sentences). You have to talk continuously.

Важные критерии

Перед тем, как составлять ответ, необходимо обратиться к критериям оценивания, чтобы точно представлять, что от нас ждут. Из важного стоит отметить, конечно, решение коммуникативной задачи, то есть важно раскрыть все пункты из плана. Здесь, как и ранее, если данный критерий оценивается в 0, то все задание будет оценено на 0.

И также важно обратить внимание на критерий "Организация высказывания", который предполагает наличие вступительной части с обращением и заключительной фразы. Про это в задании ничего не сказано, но это будет оцениваться.

Ну что ж, на мой взгляд, примерный ответ может выглядеть так:

Hi, Kate! Sorry I couldn't reach you. I decided to leave a voice message as I have found two pictures that perfectly fit our pfoject and I want to share my ideas on them with you.

Well, in the first picture you can see two friends shopping together. It seems like they have already bought everything they wanted and they look really satisfied carrying a bunch of shopping bags. As for the second picture, there is a girl who might be shopping online. It looks like she is at home as she feels relaxed and comfortable, she is holding a credit card in her hands.

I'm pretty sure that both pictures are relevant for our project as they show two most popular ways to buy clothes nowadays. On top of that, both shopping styles have devotees who are absolutely sure that this is the only right way to do shopping.

Well, these two pictures have some obvious differences. In the first picture, the girls go shopping together, so going shopping here is not only a useful pastime but a way to have fun and spend time with friends, whereas the second photo depicts the girl doing this all by herself. Another striking difference is that if you do shopping online you can pay only by card, while in a shop you can pay both in cash and by card. By the way, we can mention these ideas in our project to discuss payment methods that are the most convenient nowadays.

Speaking about advantages and disadvantages of these shopping styles, I cannot but mention that going shopping is sometimes really tiring in comparison to shopping online, but you have an opportunity to try everything on and really see what suits you. On the other hand, when you shop online you may waste a lot of time on that because the range of goods is usually so wide that it is really tempting to check out everything. But at the same time it is much easier to look for bargains and special offers on the Internet so you can save some money.

Personally, I'm addicted to online shopping. I monitor special offers and discounts almost every day. I must admit that sometimes I buy something that is a wrong size or style but, luckily, there is no problem in giving it back and getting a refund. It is really convenient, especially, if I want to buy some clothes from brands that don't have representatives in our city.
