Do you know what a bucket list is? I didn't know until recently, but I think it's great! Because … "...a list of Spoons is the list to which you write down all your wishes and plans that you still want to put into practice before you drop the spoon."Sounds not very romantic, at least not the last part of the sentence… Well, maybe you still have a lot in your life, maybe you just re-align it, maybe you just have a separation or some other violent change behind you, maybe the kids are moving out soon, maybe you have inherited something or maybe you finally look more at yourself...

In the literal sense, some women often feel Ohn-powerful, so without their own power. For they have never learned to stand by their needs and are therefore unable to give themselves the authority for their own actions and decisions. While the first female Chakra has to do with grounding and centering, but also with the embossing through the clan, the second female Chakra with emotional collateral, as well as creativity and children is the third female Chakra is about personal Power and self-empowerment...

Bad tongues claim that we women have a more pronounced need for communication than men, but I know some of them who talk at least as much as we women, if not even more ! But it does not necessarily depend on the length of a conversation, but on the content. Because if we women also like to exchange through handbags, shoes or mascara, then we have just as many conversations, in which we are talking about our personal feelings or experiences. Nevertheless, there are still so many among us who have never learned to talk about their true feelings or needs...

Isn't it true that many women already suck in their female sense of duty with breast milk? No wonder, considering that the upbringing of girls over centuries and millennia was designed to serve women and determine the men (over them). But even in our time – and even in our Western culture-there are far more women than men who can be emotionally blackmailed by a sense of Duty or guilt. And once we think about how subtle Manipulation works, one thing becomes clear to us: without false sense...

I still remember the time in my life when I regularly hosted women's evenings at my home. At that time I was single Mom and I loved to immerse myself in the energy of this women's group. I was unaware that we women should seek the presence of other women again and again, in order to immerse ourselves in the Uniting femininity consciously and joyfully. Or to strengthen us by the resulting female energy field and refuel in it. In doing so, these women's meetings do not even have to have serious and profound discussions as their declared goal...
