В цене ли у нас вообще сейчас преданность предприятию? Я пришла в Аэронавигацию в начале 2014 года. До 2022 нас было три СЯПа. В 2022, после ковида, одна сяп ушла на пенсию, другая в дирекцию. И только я одна осталась работать за троих бесплатно. Отработала больше года одна бесплатно. Потом пришла новая СЯП, отработала 5 месяцев и ушла в декрет. На смену ей пришла ещё одна СЯП. Которая отработала всего лишь год с лишним и тоже ушла сейчас с этой должности...
