The leaders of most organizations tend to be older people. However, some argue that younger people make better bosses. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Traditionally, older employees have been given executive positions in an organization, but it is becoming increasingly common to see people considering younger workers more eligible for leadership responsibilities. I totally support this viewpoint inasmuch as youngesters can have a wider cluster of skill sets, as well as stronger determination. Primarily, younger employees are believed to grow up more skillful. As they have been more familiar with the latest technology, it is easier for them to accomplish various tasks through computerized systems and machines, thereby boosting the productivity and output. The elderly, on the other hand, do not possess technological awareness on both advanced and basic levels, even though seemed to have gained valuable experience. If a company wishes to make innovations and breakthroughs, both of which play a crucial role in its survival in the competitive world, it should rely on young company leaders to take advantage of technological advancements. The wider range of technological tools are incorporated in business processes, the easier companies may keep up with their competitions. As well as becoming technologically skilled, young staff members are more determined to succeed. While older employees find it difficult to achieve work-life balance, reconciling family commitments with professional objectives is not a problem for the youth who have not shouldered familial and parental responsibilities yet. Having focused on career prospects and personal enhancement, as a result, younger bosses can work hard, especially when they are supposed to overcome financial and organisational obstacles. The more motivated company leaders become, the better examples they may set for their employees, thus contributing to a rise in the number of productive staff members.
