Wiradjuri Wiradjuri - it is the traditional language of the Wiradjuri people of Australia. It is spoken in the central southern region of New South Wales of Australia. In 2005 there were about 30 speakers of Wiradjuri, and efforts are being made to revive the language. To prevent disappearances of this language Wiradjuri is currently taught at all levels of education in the towns of Parkes and Forbes in New South Wales, where about 10% of the people speak the language. A standardized spelling system for the language was approved by the Wiradjuri Council of Elders in 1988. The first Wiradjuri dictionary was published in 2005, and is also available as a mobile app and an online version. I chose this language because my friend recommended it so much for my project. He also learned about this language at school in the classroom. He even tried to learn it, but he only remembered a couple of phrases. As for me, I would like to try to learn this language Examples of Wiradjuri: youtu.be/...vde
