"Away from home" comes out in the midst of the school leavers' application to universities, and the main plot of the film is slightly overlapping with this event. Nobody wants him except Disney. The whole movie is such a boast of modern technology, and that's all it is: watch how we do it! We can draw a realistic savannah, launch a realistically looking animal that will move realistically. Not a single living creature, except for 3D visualizers, was hurt in making the movie. And the picture really looks very cool. The film resembles an episode of "In the Animal World," and it's a pity that there is no place for Nikolai Drozdov in the Russian dubbing - he would have at least somehow revived this parade of digital dolls...

And the viewer is shown how such an invasion is coped with by a tiny American town with a population of just over 700 people. Civilization - it is somewhere out there, far away, but the problems with the dead are not local. Marvel's got a lot on his mind right now. More precisely, not even Marvel as such, but the dominance of their comic strips. Screenings are full of stamps and even self-copies (still laughing at how similar the stories of the third "Torah" and "Black Panthers", and how much they differ in implementation), and the conveyorized presentation of content simply tired some viewers, and a trip to the movies for a fan of comics has turned from a holiday to routine. But then on the stage of screenings again burst into deconstruction - and this time it appeared on time and in a big way...

The Joker is probably the most coveted film in the festivals, centered on a comic book character. And it's understandable: it doesn't look like a comic book movie. On the other hand, why tie it to Batman? Clearly, why: to go on it fans of comics and make it a bigger cash register. If the character of such a movie was some left uncle, not the future chief antagonist Batman, I would not go on it. I don't like this kind of movie. There are movies, you know, heavy, but the weight can be different. It can be thick, sticky, as if not yet frozen in the jelly, and it's boring...
