He is the right hand of Ferran Adria, with whom he had been working in the legendary El Bulli for fourteen years. Ferran calls Oriol one of the best chefs in the world🌍

These words are true. After the closure of El Bulli in 2011, Oriol with his ex-colleagues had opened the restaurant Compartir in Cadaqués and two years later - the restaurant Disfrutar in Barcelona.
