В прошлом году нам с братом пришла идея построить логистику с Дальнего Востока и открыть крабовый ресторан. В этом году мы строим настоящую, реальную ферму. Наша собственная ферма! 150 сортов овощей и фруктов, если конечно все вырастет) и это только начало! Много старинных и забытых сортов из коллекции семян Тимирязевской академии, которая нам очень помогает и консультирует нас, сами бы не смогли). Куча редких и по настоящему вкусных продуктов в меню нашего ресторана. И это ещё не все.... Скоро..... Last year we got the idea to build our own shipping system from the Far East and open a crab restaurant. This year we got the idea even bigger – we are building a farm. Our own farm! 150 varieties of vegetables and fruits, - hope everything will grow (cross fingers)! Many old and forgotten varieties from the collection of seeds of the Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy, - their agriculturists help us very much and advises us, we surely could not do it ourselves:).
