Looking ahead: Continuing to grow as an educator.

As I reflect on the past month of sharing my teaching journey, one thing stands out.

Teaching is a profession built on continuous learning.

Every class teaches me something new.

Every lesson offers an opportunity to improve.

Every conversation with students and colleagues helps shape the teacher I become.

Receiving Qualified Teacher Status through the Assessment Only route was an important milestone in my career, but I see it as the beginning rather than the destination.

Looking ahead, I hope to continue developing as a Mathematics educator by:

• refining my classroom practice

• learning from colleagues

• embracing new ideas and educational research

• contributing positively to the wider life of the school

• helping students develop confidence, curiosity and resilience through Mathematics

I'm grateful to everyone who has supported my professional journey so far, and I'm excited about the opportunities to continue learning, collaborating and making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
