Как интересно начать занятие по английскому языку после летних каникул?


Лови три идеи after-summer activities:

Name ten!
Ask students to think of 10 great things about their summer holidays. Invite them to share with a partner and encourage students to ask follow-up questions.
Three things in common! Have students to work in pairs and find three things they both did during summer.

Two truths and a lie!
Ask students to write three statements about their summer holidays, two sentences should be true and one false. Then, invite them to work in pairs/groups and ask them to guess which statement they think is untrue and explain why.

Holiday pie-chart!
Have students make a pie chart of how they spent thier time during the holidays. When they've completed their pie charts, ask them to work in pairs/groups and compare their results.
If you teach online, you can also ask your students to send in the chat box emojis that illustrate their holidays.
