Prasat Kra Chap is a compact temple comprising two fairly well-preserved gopuras and the ruins of five towers arranged in a quincunx. Thanks to surviving inscriptions on the door jambs, we know that it was dedicated in 928 to Tribhuvanadeva, a linga representation of Shiva. The pediments on the two gopuras are similar in style to those at Banteay Srei near Angkor, built 40 years later. #linga #shiva #siemreap #cambodia #temple
