Differences between studying at an American and a Russian university
Following a semester as an exchange student at a US university, I've garnered insightful distinctions between American and Russian university systems. To begin, the disparity in class schedules stands out prominently. In the US, my workload consisted of merely four subjects per term, a stark contrast to the more than ten subjects typically managed in Russia. Daily class structures also differed significantly, with one or two classes in the US compared to the usual 4-6 in Russian universities.
