🥗🍊 Ingredients: Lettuce leaves (e.g. rocket) 2-3 beetroot (cooked) 3 oranges Feta cheese 1 red onion Parsley Walnuts Dressing: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp honey Salt pepper Preparation: Cut the beetroot into small pieces. Peel and cut the oranges. Cut the red onion and feta, chop the parsley finely. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing. In a larger bowl, add the arugula, beetroot, oranges, feta, red onions, parsley and the nuts. Add the dressing and mix everything well. The delicious winter salad is now ready. Bon appetit ❤️
