Role of UNCTAD UNCTAD may: assess the potential of the System for sustainable economic development; support Member States in integrating modelling tools into trade and development strategies; provide analytical support for macroeconomic and structural modelling. Certified cryptographic and cybersecurity measures shall be applied. All operations with the System shall be logged and subject to audit. Article 10. Article 11. Use in National and International Planning

modelling of long‑term sustainability scenarios;

UN‑supported development programs.

Article 12. Reporting and Monitoring

Member States using the System may submit voluntary reports to relevant UN bodies.

UNESCO and UNCTAD may prepare analytical reviews on the use of the System.

CHAPTER VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 13. Entry into Force

This Framework Resolution enters into force upon adoption by the competent UN body.

Article 14. Amendments

Amendments may be adopted by consensus of participating Member States.
