Граждане России могут находиться в Сингапуре до 96 часов (4 суток) без визы, если они следуют транзитом в третью страну. Это значит, что вы должны прилететь из одной страны, а вылететь в другую, не возвращаясь обратно.

Россия → Сингапур → Таиланд — безвизовый въезд разрешён
Таиланд → Сингапур → Таиланд — не разрешён
Важные правила:
Максимальный срок пребывания — ровно 96 часов.
При себе нужно иметь:
— подтверждённый билет в третью страну,
— действующий загранпаспорт,
— обычно подтверждение проживания.
Окончательное решение всегда принимает сотрудник иммиграционной службы в аэропорту.
Эта программа называется “Безвизовый транзит (Visa-Free Transit Facility, VFTF)” — это официальная программа Сингапура, позволяющая гражданам ряда стран, включая Россию, въезжать в страну до 96 часов без визы при транзите в третью страну. Обязательно иметь при себе билет в третью страну с вашим именем, а также бронь гостиницы в Сингапуре для предъявления на паспортном контроле (скриншота достаточно).

**В аэропорту (At the airport)**
Деньги легко снять в банкомате прямо в аэропорту. У меня была карта UnionPay, выпущенная в Китае. Карты Visa и MasterCard принимаются почти везде, UnionPay — только в некоторых местах.
Из аэропорта в город удобно добираться на метро или автобусе. Транспорт здесь очень удобный. Я купила проездной на 4 дня и заплатила наличными, так как UnionPay не принимали.
Вылет (Departures)
Досмотр безопасности находится не перед паспортным контролем, а прямо перед выходом на посадку. Поэтому жидкости лучше выпить после прохождения паспортного контроля, но до досмотра у выхода.
Обязательно загляните в Джуэл (Jewel) — это огромный торгово-развлекательный комплекс рядом с Терминалом 1 аэропорта Чанги (Changi Airport Terminal 1). Важно: он находится не после паспортного контроля, а как бы рядом с аэропортом. Внутри расположен самый высокий в мире крытый водопад — Рейн Вортекс (Rain Vortex), окружённый тропическим садом. Водопад включают с 10 утра. Джуэл — популярное место для шопинга, еды и прогулок не только у туристов, но и у местных жителей.
Районы и места
Я жила в Чайнатауне (Chinatown) и осталась довольна расположением.
В субботу вечером была в Кларк-Ки (Clarke Quay) — там очень оживлённо.
Я посетила Национальную галерею Сингапура (National Gallery Singapore) — огромный музей с постоянной и временной экспозициями, UnionPay там не принимают.
Маленькая Индия (Little India) — интересный район с большим количеством индийских ресторанов.
Кампунг-Глам (Kampong Glam) — мусульманский квартал с Арабской улицей (Arab Street), много уютных улочек.
Лау Па Сат (Lau Pa Sat) — исторический хокер-центр, по сути большой фуд-корт с десятками небольших кафе, еду здесь обязательно стоит попробовать. UnionPay не принимают.
Садовая рапсодия (Garden Rhapsody) — бесплатное вечернее светомузыкальное шоу у Супердеревьев в Садах у залива (Gardens by the Bay). Расписание лучше смотреть в Google Maps.
Мост Хеликс (Helix Bridge) — красивый вид на центр города.
Спектра (Spectra) — световое и водное шоу, расписание удобно проверять в Google Maps.
Восточное побережье (Explore the East Coast)
Начните с известного ресторана 328 Катонг Лакса (328 Katong Laksa), там попробуйте традиционное блюдо Катонг Лакса (Katong Laksa) — это знаменитый сингапурский суп с лапшой из района Катонг (Katong) на пряном кокосовом бульоне с креветками и рыбными котлетами.

Find out about visa requirements.
For Russians, we can stay in Singapore up to 96 hours (4 days) without a visa if they are in transit to a third country. This means we must fly into Singapore from one country and fly out to a different country, not back to the same one. Example:
Russia → Singapore → Thailand - visa-free allowed
Thailand → Singapore → Thailand - not allowed
Other important rules:
- Maximum stay is 96 hours exactly.
- You must have:
- a confirmed onward ticket to a third country,
- a valid passport,
- and usually proof of accommodation.
- The final decision is always made by the immigration officer at the airport.
It is called the Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF).
This is the official Singapore program that allows certain nationalities, including Russians, to enter Singapore for up to 96 hours without a visa while transiting to a third country.

At the airport
It’s easy to withdraw money from an ATM in the airport. Mine is a Union Pay card issued in China. Visa and Master Card are universally accepted, I could use Union Pay directly only in some places.
I took the metro from the airport to the city. There are busses too. The transportation is very convenient here. I bought a 4-day pass. I paid in cash since they didn’t accept Union Pay.
Departures
The security check is not before passport control but right before the gates. So make sure you consume your liquids after you pass passport control and before the gate security check.
Check out Jewel, it is a huge entertainment and shopping complex connected to Changi Airport near Terminal 1. Important, it is not after the passport control, it’s adjacent to the airport. Inside it, there is the world’s tallest indoor waterfall called the Rain Vortex, surrounded by a tropical garden. They turn on the waterfall at 10 am. Jewel is also a popular place for shopping, food, and прогулок even for locals, not only for travelers.
I stayed in Chinatown and was happy with the location.
I went to Clarke Quay on Saturday night, it was very busy.
I went to the National Gallery Singapore. It’s huge, has a permanent exhibition and a temporary one (Union Pay is not accepted).
Little India - interesting, there are plenty of Indian restaurants here.
Kampong Glam, the Arab street is the Muslim quarter. There are lots of cute streets here.
Lau Pa Sat - you must try some food here. It’s a historic hawker center with lots of small restaurants. It’s basically like a food court. Union Pay is not accepted.
Garden Rhapsody - check the light show hours on google maps. It’s a free nightly light-and-music show at the Supertree Grove in Gardens by the Bay.
The Helix Bridge - nice view of downtown.
Spectra - A light and water show. Check the hours on Google maps.
Explore the east coast
Start at a famous restaurant called 328 Katong Laksa, try the traditional dish called Katong Laksa, a famous Singaporean noodle soup from the Katong the area, known for its spicy coconut broth, short-cut noodles, shrimp, and fish cake.
