Why I don’t like Ozon
Marketplaces have become so popular that there is a delivery point in nearly every block of flats. When you ask someone which marketplace they prefer, they usually give you one name but hardly anyone can clearly explain why. I mainly use YandexMarket, but I sometimes use Ozon. I’ve tried Wildberries but didn’t like it.
Last month, I made some purchases through Ozon, and that was the time when I realised why I didn’t like the app. It was complicated even to find my order details. When I started getting my stuff, I was surprised by the way the things were packed: flimsy cellophane or more often without anything at all. That led to damaged packaging of the product, which was really disappointing as some stuff was bought as presents. Then, I got a gift from my mum bought on Ozon (see the photo). I was shocked and worried that the pot might be broken. Luckily, it wasn’t.
How do they manage to be so irresponsible? I can’t get my head around it.
