The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of integrated health post financial management and operational health assistance on community satisfaction (study in Lenek Village, Lenek District). The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Posyandu cadres in Lenek Kali Bambang Village with a total of 42 people. The sample in this study was the entire population. The population and sample were all members of the Posyandu cadres. The data analysis method is a method that will be used to manage the data obtained in order to produce research results that can be proven empirically. The results of the study showed that Posyandu financial management had an effect and was significant on community satisfaction (study in Lenek Village, Lenek District. Operational Health Assistance did not have an effect and was not significant on community satisfaction (study in Lenek Village, Lenek District.

Posyandu, which is an abbreviation of Integrated Service Post, is a Village/Sub-district Community Institution (LKD/LKK) as a forum for community participation tasked with assisting the Village/Sub-district Head in improving basic social services including health. Posyandu carries out community empowerment activities supervised by the Posyandu working group (Pokja) approved by the Regional Head with cross-sector members. The implementers of Posyandu in the health sector are cadres who are appointed based on the Decree of the Village/Sub-district Head, accompanied by health workers from the Health Center or Assistant Health Center (Pustu).

Health is a basic need for every human being so that health services are needed and require awareness from each individual. Health services that are available in the community and are easy to reach include Posyandu services (integrated service posts). According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, Posyandu is defined as one of the community-based health efforts (UKBM) managed by, from, and with the community. The presence of Posyandu activities for the community is to make it easier for the community to find information on basic health services and accelerate the reduction in infant mortality rates. Thus, Posyandu becomes a basic health activity organized by the community and for the community assisted by health workers (Nata1 & Maulana Dwi Sena, 2018). Thus, Posyandu becomes a basic health activity organized by the community and for the community assisted by health workers (Nata1 & Maulana Dwi Sena, 2018).

The implementation of posyandu activities carried out by selected cadres has received education and training from the local health center regarding basic health services. No less important is that the cadres who have been trained must understand the targets of posyandu, the benefits of posyandu because cadres are pioneers of the local community. The target of posyandu is mainly rural communities with the aim of introducing health innovations and health technology because there are still many people living in rural areas, communication with rural communities is prioritized. Posyandu as a center for basic health services for its targets is all communities, but mainly infants, toddlers, pregnant women, postpartum and breastfeeding mothers and fertile age couples (PUS) (Widyaningsih, 2020).

The government focuses on development and development in the field of health services, because health has a positive impact on the lives of many people. The objectives of health organizations focus on health services, patient satisfaction, and public health. In addition, it also has the aim of achieving a goal that is needed in the accounting profession to produce accounting information, decision making, control, accountability and transparency. So the government will pay more attention to expanding health services, emphasizing efforts for promotive-preventive in disease control and acceleration to achieve the goal of developing population welfare, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in an effort to help local governments achieve national targets in the health sector by issuing a public health program, namely in the form of Health Operational Assistance (BOK) this health assistance is one of the flagship programs of the Ministry of Health. Health Operational Assistance (BOK) funds are funds originating from the State Budget (APBN). The Ministry of Health which is distributed to district or city governments through the assistance task mechanism. This Health Operational Assistance (BOK) itself is assistance in the form of funds from the central government through the Ministry of Health to assist district/city governments in implementing health services in accordance with the Minimum Service Standards (SPM). Health Operational Assistance (BOK) remains a supplement, so the commitment of local governments is highly expected to allocate adequate budgets, especially in promotive and preventive efforts. This Health Operational Assistance (BOK) itself is financial assistance from the central government through the Ministry of Health to assist district/city governments in implementing health services in accordance with the Minimum Service Standards (SPM).

Health services are one of the important aspects in improving community welfare. Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) as a community-based health service has a strategic role in providing basic health services, especially for mothers and children. The sustainability and effectiveness of Posyandu services are greatly influenced by good financial management and operational fund support, such as Health Operational Assistance (BOK).

BOK is a government assistance program that aims to support the operation of basic health services, including Posyandu. This fund is expected to be used to improve the quality of services, provide facilities and infrastructure, and empower Posyandu cadres. However, in practice, there are still various problems in the management of Posyandu finances and the use of BOK funds.

Several problems that often arise in the management of Posyandu finances include the lack of transparency in the disbursement and use of funds, weak management capacity in preparing financial reports, and bureaucratic obstacles in the distribution of BOK funds. This can have an impact on the quality of services provided by Posyandu, which ultimately affects the level of community satisfaction as service users.

Community satisfaction with Posyandu services is highly dependent on various factors, including service quality, availability of facilities, ease of access, and transparency in the use of operational funds. If financial management is carried out effectively and accountably, it is expected to improve the quality of service and community satisfaction. Conversely, if financial management is not optimal, Posyandu services can experience obstacles, such as limited facilities, lack of cadres, or less than optimal services.

The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is a systematic scientific research that emphasizes phenomena and their objective relationships and is studied quantitatively, meaning using theories and hypotheses related to natural phenomena. This research is associative with a causal relationship. According to Sugiyono (2016:37), a causal relationship is a causal relationship.

The population in this study were all Posyandu cadres in Lenek Kali Bambang Village with a total of 42 people. The sample in this study was the entire population. The population and sample were all members of Posyandu cadres.

The data source used in this study was primary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from data sources that are collected specifically and are directly related to the problems being studied (Indriantoro and Supomo, 2002: 146). Primary data was obtained using a questionnaire containing a list of structured questions with the aim of collecting data from respondents' answers in this study (Sugiyono, 2014). The data analysis method is a method that will be used to manage the data obtained in order to produce research results that can be proven empirically. All data obtained is processed using SPSS software through the questionnaires that have been collected.

Posyandu is a community-based health service in Indonesia that aims to improve the quality of maternal and child health and provide health education to the community. Posyandu is managed by health cadres who work together with medical personnel from health centers.

Descriptive statistics are statistics used to analyze data by describing or depicting data that has been collected regarding variables in the study.

The minimum value of the integrated health service post financial management is 20 while the maximum value is 29. The average value (mean) is 25.45 with a standard deviation value of 2.491. Because the standard deviation value is small from the average, the data on the variable of the integrated health service post financial management data distribution is not so large so that the data used is good data. The minimum value of the operational health assistance is 10 while the maximum value is 25. The average value (mean) is 20.48 with a standard deviation value of 2.924. Because the standard deviation value is small from the average, the data on the variable of the operational health assistance data distribution is not so large so that the data used is good data. Community satisfaction minimum value is 15 while the maximum value is 25. The average value (mean) is 20.62 with a standard deviation value of 2.819. Because the standard deviation value is small from the average, the data on the variable of the operational health assistance data distribution is not so large so that the data used is good data.

This study regresses the independent variables, namely the quality of human resources, utilization of information technology, and organizational commitment to the dependent variable, namely the reliability and timeliness of financial reporting, which produces a regression coefficient and shows the direction of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables.

This study used the independent variables, namely the quality of financial management of integrated health posts and operational health assistance, to the dependent variable, namely community satisfaction, which produces a regression coefficient and shows the direction of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables.

If it is assumed that the value of the financial management variables of the integrated health post and operational health assistance are constant or equal to zero, then the value of the community satisfaction variable is 8.592. However, in reality, constant values have no meaning. In terms of sample characteristics, the financial management variable of the integrated health post is 0.647, meaning that if the financial management of the integrated health post is increased by one unit, the community satisfaction variable will increase by 0.647. In terms of sample characteristics, the operational health assistance variable is -0.216, meaning that if the operational health assistance is increased by one unit, the community satisfaction variable will increase by 0.647. The t-test is used to test how far the influence of each independent variable individually is in explaining the dependent variable.

Posyandu is a place where the community can get the most advanced health services. Posyandu is implemented by the community itself and is a form of Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM). The main objective of Posyandu is to support the reduction of Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR), Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Toddler Mortality Rate in Indonesia through community empowerment efforts. The main targets of health services at Posyandu are infants, toddlers, pregnant women, mothers giving birth, postpartum mothers and breastfeeding mothers and Fertile Age Couples (PUS). Posyandu is in principle an institution from, by and for the community, where the management is selected from the community and the implementation of activities is carried out by cadres and assisted by health workers. The role of cadres in Posyandu is very large, starting from the preparation stage for establishing Posyandu, liaising with institutions that support Posyandu organizers, as activity planners, as mentors and as counselors to motivate the community to participate in Posyandu activities in their area. Indicators of Posyandu cadre activity are attendance, activity, monthly plans for each Posyandu, and plans that are carried out consistently.

Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, it shows that the financial management of the integrated health post has a t-value of 3.782 which is greater than the t-table of 2.09 or a sig value of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, that the financial management of the integrated health post has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the integrated health post in Lenek Kali Bambang Village, Lenek District, East Lombok Regency.

Financial management of Posyandu is a crucial aspect in maintaining the continuity and quality of health services for the community. Finances that are managed transparently, accountably, and efficiently will have a major impact on community satisfaction as beneficiaries. Sources of Posyandu funds can come from various parties, such as local governments, private donations, or community self-help. The use of funds that are right on target, for example for the provision of medical equipment, organizing educational activities, and providing additional food for mothers and toddlers, will increase community trust and satisfaction with Posyandu services. Transparency in financial recording and reporting is also an important factor. If the community knows that the available funds are used properly and not misused, the level of participation and support for Posyandu will increase. Conversely, if there is a lack of transparency or suspicion of misuse of funds, community trust can decrease, which ultimately affects their participation in Posyandu activities.

In addition, good financial management also allows Posyandu to develop to be more independent. Posyandu that is able to manage finances effectively can provide better services, improve facilities, and hold additional activities that are beneficial to the community. Thus, the community will feel more satisfied because they receive quality and sustainable services. With good financial management, Posyandu can not only function as a health service center, but also become a trusted forum for the community in improving shared welfare. Transparency, accountability, and targeted use of funds will create community satisfaction and increase their participation in supporting the sustainability of Posyandu.

Operational Health Assistance (BOK) is a strategic government program that aims to improve the quality and access to health services, especially in Community Health Centers. With the distribution of these funds, Community Health Centers can improve facilities, infrastructure, and strengthen promotive and preventive activities such as immunization, pregnancy checks, and nutritional monitoring. Improved services, if managed effectively and efficiently, can bring significant changes to community satisfaction.

The use of BOK funds that are managed effectively and efficiently allows Community Health Centers to provide various essential services—such as pregnancy checks, immunization, nutritional control, and health promotion—with higher standards. When the services provided are timely, friendly, and in accordance with standard operating procedures, the community will feel a real improvement in the quality of health services, which directly increases their level of satisfaction.

Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, it shows that the financial management of the integrated health post has a t-value of -1.485 which is smaller than the t-table of 2.09 or a sig value of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05, meaning that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, that operational health assistance does not have a significant effect on community satisfaction at the integrated health post in Lenek Kali Bambang Village, Lenek District, East Lombok Regency.

The use of transparent and accountable BOK funds guarantees that every rupiah distributed is used to improve the quality of services. When the community sees improvements in facilities, additional health workers, and consistent implementation of standard operating procedures, their trust in health services will increase. This has a direct impact on increasing the level of community satisfaction, because they feel that their health needs are being met properly. In addition, research shows that increasing the realization and effectiveness of the use of BOK funds is positively related to the achievement of health program performance at the Health Center. For example, in several studies, increasing the use of BOK funds has been associated with improvements in program performance achievements, which indirectly increases positive perceptions and patient satisfaction. In other words, the success of BOK management in supporting health operational activities will create a more responsive, efficient, and quality service atmosphere in the eyes of the public.

Overall, BOK not only functions as a source of additional funding, but also as a driver of improving the quality of health services that can reduce access gaps and increase public trust in the national health system. If these funds are managed properly, public satisfaction will increase along with the realization of more optimal and sustainable services.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of integrated health post financial management and operational health assistance on community satisfaction in Lenek Village, Lenek District. As result, integrated health post financial management has an effect and is significant on community satisfaction, and operational health assistance has no effect and is not significant on community satisfaction.
