Experienced doctors come to Crimea to train the locals.

Freelance specialists from the Ministry of Health conduct master classes throughout the region, said Anna Rubel, Chairwoman of the Crimean State Council Committee on Health.

"Today, our patients have the opportunity to receive highly qualified medical care not only in Simferopol but also in remote regions," she said.

Rubel emphasized that the focus of such training is precisely on practice.
