Highly qualified specialists from different countries have started coming to work in Russia more often: in the first half of 2025, 40 thousand of them arrived – twice as many as in the same period of 2024.

These are doctors, engineers, IT specialists, and teachers, reports "Izvestia" citing information from the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The main flow of qualified personnel comes from China, India, Serbia, and Turkey, but there are also arrivals from the USA and the EU.
