Since I’m being told by several people that @braiden_int is saying this law doesn’t apply to Temporary Residence Permit (TRP/ВНЖ):

“These categories include citizens of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as citizens of Ukraine or stateless persons who entered the Russian Federation from the territories of the LPR, DPR, and Ukraine after February 21, 2022, and who have a temporary residence permit, a residence card, a refugee certificate, a temporary asylum certificate, or a certificate of participation in the state program for facilitating the voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad to the Russian Federation.”
