In April of this year, the man offered the owner of the plot to increase its area "at the expense of municipal lands" for 400 thousand rubles, the regional office of the Investigative Committee reported. "According to the criminal, the funds were supposed to be given to authorized persons of the administration, but he did not intend to transfer them, since he knew that there were no obstacles to the redistribution of the promised plot," the report says. The official was caught red-handed. He admitted his guilt, the FSB Directorate for Crimea and Sevastopol reports. The man is currently under a travel ban.
