Brawl Stars (jp. ブ口スタ) is an anime series released by Anime International Company and Supercell Productions in 1997 and entered the category of the most popular anime. The series was broadcast from 1997 to 2004 on TV Tokyo and on Brawl TV. The series is based on the manga comic of the same name, published in 1987.

Plot:

The series takes place in Hurasawa, a fictional city in Japan, the main character is Shelly Shotgan, who is the leader of a Wild West gang and will not give her fate to her beloved handsome Colt and her faithful assistant, a cactus named Spike, who likes to throw thorns and hurt people, but an unexpected moment awaits them - the Arena Brawl Stars is coming to Hurasawa soon.

Development:

The development of the series began in late 1996, designers Kenji Makara, Akayo Yukinawa, Akihiro Sato, Atsushi Miyagawa and Arato Isozaki worked on it, the creation process lasted only 8 months, however, in March 1997, the trailer for the pilot season and the first episode titled "Enter To Brawl Stars Arena!" was published on which featured characters such as Shelly, Colt, Nita, Bull and Jessie, 4 months after the trailer was released, the series itself was released, the length of which was 30 seconds. The series consisted of 185 episodes, including the pilot episode, there were only 6 episodes for each season and there were 31 seasons, including the pilot. On October 3, 1998, the first special edition called "What, if?..." took place, the length of which was 24 minutes, special editions were launched from 1998 to 2004. On December 28, 2004, the last episode of season 31 was released under the title "Absolute End".
