One of the striking examples of international cooperation was equipping the first Dodo Pizza pizzeria on the island of Bali in Indonesia. For this project, key items of premium equipment were supplied: ZANOLLI SYNTHESIS 11/65 gas pizza ovens, PRISMAFOOD Ibt 40 spiral dough mixer, Nemco vegetable cutters, BLENDTEC CONNOISSEUR 825 2 FS bar blender, BLENDTEC Rinser in-sink glass rinsing device. Located in the picturesque coastal village of Canggu in Bali, the new Dodo pizzeria will become a real gastronomic discovery for locals and tourists. Thanks to professional equipment, the restaurant team can offer its guests only the most delicious and high-quality dishes.
In addition to Indonesia, Altek has implemented a number of successful projects in other countries. For example, DUO gastrobar was opened in Dubai - the first foreign restaurant project of the DuoBand team of Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov. Special attention was paid to the automation of work processes, which allowed to increase the productivity of the kitchen and the quality of finished products.
Altek team also took part in equipping the restaurant at the Jermuk Moscow Hotel in Armenia. The project was realized on a turnkey basis - from the development of design documentation to the commissioning of the facility.
