Уважаемые учёные со всего мира!

Ежедневно я получаю несколько приглашений опубликовать свои статьи в различных международных журналах или представить их на разные международные конференции.

Чаще всего эти предложения предполагают какую-то оплату за публикацию или за участие в конференции.

Я заявляю, что я не собираюсь платить за опубликование моих статей ни одного цента.

Это принципиально.

И дело здесь вовсе не в том, что я не могу воспользоваться банковской системой в России и не могу по этой причине перевести вам какие-то суммы. Конечно, этот фактор имеет место. Но если бы мне очень хотелось, я нашёл бы средства, нашёл бы способ оплатить этот взнос.

Дело не во мне. Дело в вас.

Публикации, входящие в международные базы данных, которые по-прежнему очень ценит наше Министерство науки и высшего образования, координируются владельцем базы Scopus, компанией Elsevier.

Эта организация приняла решение, что все деньги, полученные от учёных из России, немедленно будут отправляться на Украину для поддержки их военных действия против моей страны, России.

Некоторые конференции даже требуют поставить галочку, подтверждающее согласие на такую акцию до самого конца Специальной военной операции, которую Россия проводит для защиты граждан России, для защиты прав русскоязычного население, которое не по доброй воле оказалось за рубежом, поскольку они – наши сограждане, граждане СССР.

Напоминаю, что Россия – правопреемник СССР по всем вопросам.

СССР обязана была бы защитить русских и русскоязычных граждан от геноцида. Поскольку СССР распался, эта обязанность автоматически стала обязанностью России.

Россия имеет право защищать своих граждан от фашистов и неофашистов.

Это – обязанность России.

Решением Нюренбергского процесса было записано и юридически закреплено историческое право России бороться с фашизмом всеми необходимыми способами.

Таким образом, я не перечислю ни одного цента тем, кто желает использовать эти деньги на помощь нынешнему правительству Украины для ведения военных действия против России.

Поэтому я прошу не присылать мне никаких приглашений для участия в ваших международных конференциях, а также для опубликования моих научных статей в ваших платных журналах.

При этом я не отказываюсь от сотрудничества с учёными дружественных России стран, и я готов участвовать в конференциях и публиковать статьи в журналах Китая, Индии, Вьетнама, Северной Кореи, Кубы, Беларуси, Казахстана, Таджикистана, Кыргызстана, Туркменистана, Монголии, Таиланда, Объединённых Арабских Эмиратов, всех странах сообщества БРИКС и всех других государств, которые уважают Россию и её право существовать не в условиях нарастающего давления НАТО.

И специально для тех, кто не читает по-русски, или делает вид, что не знает русского языка.

Dear scientists from all over the world!
Every day I receive several invitations to publish my articles in various international journals or submit them to various international conferences.
Most often, these offers involve some kind of payment for publication or for participation in a conference.
I declare that I do not intend to pay a single cent for the publication of my articles.
This is fundamental.
And the point here is not at all that I cannot use the banking system in Russia and for this reason I cannot transfer any amounts to you. Of course, this factor takes place. But if I really wanted to, I would find the funds, I would find a way to pay this fee.
It's not about me. It's about you.
Publications included in international databases, which are still highly valued by our Ministry of Science and Higher Education, are coordinated by the owner of the Scopus database, Elsevier.
This organization has decided that all money received from Russian scientists will immediately be sent to Ukraine to support their military efforts against my country, Russia.
Some conferences even require a checkbox confirming consent to such an action until the very end of the Special Military Operation that Russia is conducting to protect Russian citizens, to protect the rights of the Russian-speaking population who ended up abroad not of their own free will, since they are our fellow citizens, citizens of the USSR .
Let me remind you that Russia is the legal successor of the USSR in all matters.
The USSR would be obliged to protect Russians and Russian-speaking citizens from genocide. Since the USSR collapsed, this responsibility automatically became the responsibility of Russia.
Russia has the right to protect its citizens from fascists and neo-fascists.
This is Russia's responsibility.
The decision of the Nuremberg trial recorded and legally enshrined the historical right of any of the allied countries, the victors of Nazi Germany, to fight by all means against the revival of fascism anywhere, including by military means.
The illegal government of Ukraine, which came to power through a coup d'etat in 2014, as well as its ideological heirs, who came to power on their ideological heritage, consisting of the denial of humanitarian values, the denial of the causes and results of the Second World War, the ideas of glorification of fascist criminals and persecution participants in the Great Patriotic War on the side of the USSR, as well as on the destruction of memory and monuments about the feat of the Soviet People, the Red Army, the entire people of the USSR, united in the fight for the right of their free existence, this government for many years waged an ideological subversive war against Russia, prepared the arsenal of all types of weapons, including prohibited types such as anti-personnel mines, biological and chemical weapons, dirty atomic bombs, should be removed, he should be tried for the destruction of civilians by military means, which began in 2014. It is this government that bears responsibility for the military operation, since it did not comply with the terms of the Minsk agreements, which proved that it cannot be trusted.

Thus, I will not transfer a single cent to those who wish to use this money to help the current government of Ukraine to conduct military operations against Russia.
Therefore, I ask you not to send me any invitations to participate in your international conferences, as well as to publish my scientific articles in your paid journals.
At the same time, I do not refuse to cooperate with scientists from countries friendly to Russia, and I am ready to participate in conferences and publish articles in journals in China, India, Vietnam, North Korea, Cuba, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia, Thailand, United The United Arab Emirates, all the countries of the BRICS community and all other states that respect Russia and its right to exist not under the growing pressure of NATO.

Это же касается и моей ЛИТЕРАТУРНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ.

Я пишу фанфики, считая себя в качестве литератора, гражданином мира, я интересуюсь зарубежной литературой. Потому что нельзя отменить Дюма, Шекспира, Конан-Дойля, Бредбери, Твена и прочих. Они принадлежат мировой литературе. И наши русские писатели - тоже. И их также никто не отменит.
