  • 3 pound beef rib
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • 4 medium sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch salt to taste
  • pinch pepper to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Rub the beef ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Place the beef ribs on a baking sheet, and brush with BBQ sauce. Bake for 2 hours, or until tender.

4. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries.

5. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

6. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy.
