People with hearing and speech impairments can contact the single emergency number "112" without any help from others.
Namely, using the Skype program by calling user under the name Help112mo.
The sign language interpreters will accept the call, promptly send the necessary emergency services to the scene and provide interpretation until the situation is resolved.
