National Kazah dish

A dish that consists of several types of meat and dough

Ингредиенты: Regular homemade dough, Some onion like 3 or 4 things, Meat of beef,horse meat,lamb, Some spices to taste

Способ приготовления:

The dough we need to rolled out 3 mm,than and cut medium slices(or we can just stick it in the form cakes)

After the doing the first one step,next boil for 15 minutes

The most important thing is to boil all kinds of meat before cooking the dough(it takes an hour and half)after then

After we have boiled our meat we cut it into slices.While the meat absorbs the broth,we cut the onion and also cook like a 5 minutes in the broth from meat

And the last step is it We take a big plate,then we put the first one there are ready-made cakes,then put our finished meat on top and at the end add onion with broth. Have a good meal
