Are we sure that CIA is behind TI harassment?

Оглавление

Hello. My name is AL, and I am a targeted individual. I have experienced hearing voices and gangstalking for several years, which compelled me to start researching the subject. This article is not meant for general public, but for the other TI's like myself.

During my own terror phase, I went through dozens of versions of what was happening, and the operators fervently confirmed each one of them. They all had its own rationale, and some were more convincing than others, but neither held water.

Like many, I perceived the events merely as torture for quite a while. But why would anyone do it, and how? Well, of course, the secret services, they should have the capabilities, who else, right? Certainly, it's all an experiment, and I am their guinea pig. But something didn’t feel right about this theory.

Unfortunately, as a victim you are very confused and anxious to find a justification for what is happening. When you manage to ground yourself in some theory that makes even a little bit of sense, it gives you relief and you're simply too scary to even question your viewpoint, looking instead for confirmation bias to fortify it even more.

However, if you build your theory on unproven foundation, which you take as axiom and never challenge, everything that you derive from it will be at least compromised, if not plainly false. You will be like a cat who chases laser pointer spot instead of looking for the source of the light and realizing it was all game all along.

This material is my research of the question: "Are secret services behind the TI harassment"? There are some clues and coincidences that make people think it's true, even very smart ones, like Katherine Horton. But after reading this material, you might reconsider.

Disclaimer: since I am experiencing hearing voices, this research is done in that context. But it is undoubtedly tied with many other aspects, and gangstalking is one of them.

Arguments against "CIA" version

1. Timeframe

Many seem to agree that TI harassment started around 1960-70s. But it is not true. It can be traced back to at least early 1880s. Russian psychiatrist Kandinsky, who lived at that time, described many cases of hearing voices that match precisely the same patterns of harassment that TI experience today. In fact, he himself experienced hearing voices. Unfortunately, he wholeheartedly believed it was a mental illness and being unable to cure it, committed suicide. But not sooner than describing so called Kandinsky-Clerambo syndrome, according to which TIs are still labelled insane in many countries.

TIs in Tsarist Russia, France and many other countries accurately described almost the same pattern as today's victims. Only instead of the CIA and the KGB, operators posed as, for example, the tsarist secret police.

So think about it. At the end of the 19th century (!) the procedure of TI harassment was already well established and standardized. This means that the process began much earlier.

This negates any man-made technological argument. "Torsion generators" in the 1880s? This is an anachronism, radio had just appeared. There was no CIA at all, it was created during the Second World War, and the secret services of that time were rudimentary by today's standards, and of course very limited in tech.

So because most governments are younger than this "experiment" of at least 140 years, and the scenario is stable since a traceable "beginning", it allows us to conclude that this phenomenon is not an experiment, but rather a procedure, a task meant to achieve something. And more than that, since it stays unchanged for so long, it indicates that this task actually does reliably achieve its goal.

2. Technical superiority

Some of the operator's technology can be explained, with a stretch, with patents from the 1970s and later. But the level of what is described in patents, even the most recent ones, is very primitive in comparison to what TIs are actually experience. The magnitude of capabilities and precision required, the effortlessness of it is unimaginable. In fact, what we see in modern patents and devices looks more like clumsy attempts at reverse engineering of already existing, but yet unknown technology.

At the same time, most of the operator's toolkit is inexplicable by the current state of the tech. To date, no device is known for synchronizing with the subject's body and controlling it, transmitting thoughts, feelings and sensations, inducing exact motives and impulses, constructing and manipulating dreams and many more. All of this is a routine for TIs as it happens hundreds of times a day.

One can argue that all these are super secret technologies, but then again, look at the previous point. They had to exist at 1880 and for that time they were absolutely anachronistic, no matter how "secret".

3. Global scope

TI harassment is happening in every country. It is often noticed that operators are fluent in different languages and their teams can be "international".

By their very nature, the special services do not share technologies between countries. Especially, THAT kind of technologies. Think about it.

A party with a method to control their enemy's minds can secure global control in hours. It would be a grave error to advertise the possession of such technology, and even more so to share it with anyone. The very concept of war would have changed, if not eliminated, the need for troops would have disappeared! Anyone could be neutralized, their secrets exposed, and used against you.

Whoever is doing that cannot be lower than a global level entity.

4. Irrationality

Some people, while they agree on the "secret service" version, feel the irrationality of it and instead claim that there is some hidden material incentive for the operators in doing it. Let's take a look.

Time spent harassing a single TI can sum up to tens of years. If we assume that a team of operators, from a few to dozens, is working on a single victim, then it builds up to an insane amount of wasted man-hours and resources. Imagine the insane amount of logistics alone. And all for what?

I've seen version that they are after people's apartments, cars, bank accounts. But the average TI has nothing, and maybe even less that that, submerged in debts. To make my point clear let's speculate about expenses.

Let's say a team of 10 people "works" on you, this includes several operators, analysts and technical staff. For example, I gauged there were at least 20 people working on me, but let's be conservative.

Each receives an average of $ 5,000 a month, which is a pretty low estimate for someone with access to that kind of tech. Let's imagine they all agree to this secret, ungrateful and hard work for this meager compensation.

The yearly cost of processing a single TI will be 5000 * 10 * 12 = 600 thousand dollars. This is salary alone, without the cost of equipment, operating and administrative costs, logistics etc. There is no covering that with whatever TI has. I know I have never seen that kind of money, and probably will never make that in my whole life.

Just today I have seen someone arguing that the goal is to make money of one's life insurance, secretly. Well, try to insure your life for that sum. Moreover, victims rarely actually die, so the premiums alone will eat up any payout even before the day.

But really, with such opportunities, when you can learn all the secrets of a person and control his mind and body, would someone work just for a salary? Won't it be much more simple to use your tech to make money out of thin air, using insider trading or even making people give you money? There are limitless capabilities.

Leaving the money aside, there is so much more a government could (and would) have done with that technology. Leaving taking over the world aside, they could spy, manipulate, assassinate, whatever you imagine; and for all of it, the very existence of TI program would be counter-productive and meaningless.

Another opinion is this is a scare tactics, to oppress general public, make them fear becoming the TI and therefore, fear the state. Well, to teat I can only say that before fearing becoming a TI, they would have to believe us first, and they have a hard time doing that. Our experience is very subjective and cannot be shared adequately, so public has a general impression that we're just nuts, and we can't blame them. It is designed that way.

5. Publicity

Speaking of counter-productive, the special services do not usually advertise their secret programs. Experiments are usually carried out in closed laboratories, not on the general public; in a controlled environment, not in "neighboring apartments". The victims would be silenced, rather than intentionally provoked to publish their experiences without repercussions.

Moreover, as mentioned before, disclosing the very existence of such a toolkit undermines its effectiveness. After all, the publicity of victims allows them to coordinate and conduct research, albeit slightly, but increasing the chances of finding effective countermeasures. Also their communication affects the "experiment" itself, altering and contaminating its possible results.

Instead, it feels like TIs are being pushed to discover and reveal the secret organization behind harassment and their technologies.

Of course, we might assume that this is a "hiding in plain sight" strategy, so nobody would believe TIs. And partially this is true, especially since most TIs make rather bizarre, unprovable claims and rush to action, which creates an atmosphere of distrust for TIs. But I'd argue that this is a solution for a problem, created by the "solution" itself. Without publicity, there would be no need to discredit TIs and spread misinformation.

Looks more like that publicity is a non-factor, for the entity behind harassment it doesn't really matter what TIs say. But it matters for the TI, precisely it is for some reason important for TI to live trough the disbelief and ostracizing.

6. Lack of evidence, whistleblowers and leaks

For 140 years there is bound to be least one disgruntled employee, disillusioned with the system or broken from the torture in which he participates. Some documents would surface, describing the methodology and actual goal, maybe a protocols and guidelines for special agents. But nothing of the kind happens. Nothing solid.

Since 1880, a lot of governments and state forms have changed in most countries, with disclosures of archives, and inter- and intradepartmental struggles. During some of of them, the operators would have been brought up if they had been involved in the special services. Considering that there is no real secrecy (victims freely publish their cases on the Internet daily), it would be reasonable to expecting disclosure from the "other" side.

One can, of course, assume that each of the agents is mentally controlled by other agents. And who then controls these agents and those who control them? Is there enough people on earth for that?

7. Excessive number of victims

The phenomenon of psi operators affects millions around the world at the same time. Almost everyone has a friend who has experienced a similar problem. In the United States alone, more tens of thousand people claim being a TI, and I would multiply this figure by 10, because out of fear of being labelled crazy, most of us suffer in silence.

But even for 10 thousand victims, in theory, 10 thousand separate teams are needed, at least 10 operators each. That would make 100 thousand employees who are exclusively engaged in harassment, 24/7. And they all need to coordinate their work with each other, as well as handle everyone not actively terrorized, but in contact with the victims. No special services can handle this, more so globally and in secrecy.

This is the scale of active warfare, mobilization, not of an experiment without a practical goal, benefit, or even visible end or beginning.

8. Duration of exposure

Not only are there many victims and no benefit, but these "special agents" have to deal with it for decades! Imagine being given an assignment watching someone doing number 2's and commenting on that for next 10 years. Yay fun! Not really.

Some argue that the whole program is training, but no "training" can last that long. At the same time, operators do not usually resemble "cadets", and the team often works with the victim in the same composition for the entire period of exposure. My own team is mostly old guys, which again indicated they have been doing this for a long, long time.

9. Age profile of operators

Yes, most of the "special agents" are middle-aged, but there are also very old people, and even children! Many hearing voices victims reported that "the operators bring their children to torture, and they are even worse."

There are reports of children participating from the age of six. Thankfully, I did not experienced "kid operators" myself, but most of my team is well over 50, and there are people who sound over 70. Special services are usually retire much earlier. Apparently, their fate is not to envy: instead of the first class retirement, a remote control chair, and instead of a pension, straight to the coffin.

And many of the victims believe that some of the secret service agents, having access to a tech like this, would seriously agree to such a life! That is, if they share same values as you and me. I know that an agent definitely would, because they are the same people as we are, with the same feelings and desires, and spending their own life commenting on a TI's is unattractive to anyone.

Many will say that those are unhumans and psychopaths, but there are not that many psychopaths, even in all the clinics of the world, and even most of them are already busy making laws. Seriously, though, even the worst psycho has personal interests and goals in life. And even more so, one cannot count on secrecy and loyalty from operators if their psyche is unstable. Their work is very taxing and having an unstable person on a team is dangerous, especially given that work goes on for years with no vacations and weekends.

10. Lack of a clear profile

If this is a training, or experiment to reuse the gathered data later, then groups of subjects for the experiments would correspond to the profile of the potential targets. For example, to control a politician or a military man, the experience of bullying an old lady is useless. But if it doesn't matter, if there is no difference, then there is no point doing those "experiments" for decades on hundreds of thousands of different people, a small sample would be enough.

But instead the "operation" is carried out on seemingly random people of the widest profile, with different levels of education, intelligence, different character and destiny, wealth, different sex and age. Even the victims themselves generally find it difficult to answer the question "why me?"

Yes, we can say that in bigger sample there would be every kind of person. But if most of the sample is regular people, than the most of the targets should be as well? And if "sample" is millions, then should we extrapolate and assume that the target is... everyone? But who, and how, can conduct such and operation on everyone?

11. Significance of targets

From the position of importance of the subjects, everything looks very strange. The average TI is an ordinary person with common problems, not a dissident or a threat to the state. Most of us aren't even into in politics beyond the level of TV or Facebook. Neutralizing or harassing such a person does not achieve any goal that the state security could pursue.

12. Uncontrolled environment and conditions

Almost all victims undergo their torture at home, in their personal conditions, and not in some kind of controlled and standardized environment, like a closed institution. This means that the results of "experiments" will be very difficult to compare and basically useless for potential target in another conditions. Moreover, the larger the sample, the more variations of conditions there will be. While conducting the experiment under the same conditions, it would be possible to obtain a clear result with a lot less effort. Whatever this is, it does not look like a scientific experience.

13. Version source

Surprisingly, those who push the version of "secret services" the most of all are operators themselves.

The first phase of psiterror is all about creating this impression for the TI. They
will also confirm any other version, but only when the victim finally casts doubt on the whole "special services" shtick. Unfortunately, not many manage to ask the right questions, and in result get stuck at this stage for years, supporting each other's misinformation in TI echo chamber.

In fact that with all their activities, operators demonstrate the victim that they cannot be trusted. Provocations for absurd actions, disinformation about family, friends and acquaintances, plain lies - they are their favorite tool. But when they say "this is an experiment, we are from CIA and will destroy you", then the victim immediately listens and agrees "aha, I knew it!". You know that they will play into whatever fear you have, but it just makes sense that CIA is after you (if you don't really analyze). It even gives you that feel of importance, that so many people are working on your humble persona!

Firstly, the desire to be significant is triggered here. Secondly, a need find the answer and the culprits is satisfied, and lastly, it seems more rational that other possibilities. But in fact, all these aspects play a cruel joke on the TI. Do not forget, that trusting the operators is a grave mistake.

As a counterargument, we can assume that operators deliberately lure inquisitive minds into the trap of denial: if they say they're alphabet, and they always lie, then I'm supposed to think they really aren't; and this is exactly what they want. It's a trap!

But most victims do not exercise such mental acrobatics and simply bite the initial statement, supported by other TIs from the Internet.

Arguments for "CIA" version

1. Intelligence agencies were caught on public experiments before

This is true, but there are key differences:

  • there is always motive and goal
  • scale is nowhere comparable
  • no unknown/anachronistic tech

The most famous experiment on humans is the MKULTRA program, carried out at the time by the CIA. It was carried out for several years with quite definite and logical goals. The program included well-defined groups of individuals and the program was deadline. Here we have a program that has been going on for at least 140 years! And it is carried out by some "global special service" with at least tens of millions of members, which no one interferes with, and which is not afraid of publicity, but still no one knows about it.

Same with Zersetsung, a famous Stasi operation against dissidents. While they harassed individuals, they capabilities were laughable compared with what we experience. Stasi officers would drool all over if they'd ever got access to such tech. We can even assume that Zersetsung was inspired by some poor TI who came to Stasi with complaints.

From those experiments we can even stronger conclude that secret services have nothing to do with TIs.

2. The intelligence services have the resources for this

First, whoever is doing this does not have to be a government agency to have unlimited resources. Their capabilities allow them to potentially have any resource in any quantity instantly.

In fact, from this viewpoint, it would be harder for them, if they were an agency, because other than money, they would have to justify vastly and seemingly aimlessly spending their time and effort, continuously for at least 140 years.

3. They practice & test control technologies

Whoever doing this does not seem to need to practice, they do it so long they can do it in their sleep. Or in our sleep. Or both.

Then again, I hate to return to this, but practicing for 140 years? For decades on the same person? With a procedure almost unchanged throughout the ages?

What is happening seems more like an active application of something already well-practiced. We just have not yet understood why and by whom.

4. It is an exercise for their agents

If so, it is a very strange exercise. What can you train with this procedure? Applying it to the next victim? Trolling skills? In addition, there are old people among the participants, what are they training? Even if "pass on experience", then again, working with one victim can take years.

If it is an exercise, it looks like it is not for the operators, rather for TI.

5. They torture dissidents (just like the Stasi)

Zerzetsung did drive people insane indeed. But it targeted very specific dissidents, and the goal was to take them out of the game in a way that nobody could blame the state. In addition, the technological set was very trivial and simple, without mind reading and broadcasting. If they were doing that since 1880, they should have had it all in abundance.

While most of the victims of psiterror do not go into politics at all, a lot of them blame the government and some even become actively political, aggressively opposing government. So the opposed is achieved and no dissent is extinguished.

6. Lack of politicians / military among victims

This is a valid point. There are famous actors and musicians amongst TIs, but I have yet to find politicians or the military who would admit to the psi-influence. I have the following hypotheses about this:

  • politicians do not admit being TIs so that there is no doubt about their legal capacity on the part of citizens
  • cases of harassment on politicians and the military are being covered up by actual special services on behalf of the state
  • the influence on politicians is carried out in a hidden way so as not to cause an immediate replacement of the politician by the special services (although alphabets are not behind the phenomenon, they have certainly analyzed it and are aware of its reality)
  • politicians are not affected for various reasons (because they are privy to what is actually happening, or to avoid the aggressive defense of the governments)

However, there are exceptions. For example, Adolf Hitler, while he was still a nobody in the army, survived in the trenches of the WWI only because a voice in his head shouted "step back!" before a mine fell on his position and killed his comrades. He was put in the hospital, where he had visions, communicating to him his purpose. I don’t want to compare, but I myself had a near-death episode where I not only heard calling me by name, but was physically pulled away from the coming train. But that is the story for another time.

Literally Hitler
Literally Hitler

6. Who if not them?

More often than not, I see this as explanation, and this makes me sad. Almost as sad as why I try to explain why it is wrong and being called a psyop or CIA shill.

The argument “we don’t know who else could” by itself does not prove anything. If we go exclude all who cannot be behind this, we do not end up with the special services as the culprit. We end up with nothing.

I know this is scary, and seems like a step back. But knowing you were wrong is never a step back, it is a step forward, because you are not wrong anymore. So you can finally come closer to be right.

Let us conclude:

There is not a single known entity who would be capable, and most importantly, interested in carrying out the enormous labor that is being done by psi-operators.
The version of secret services being a culprit does not stand up to criticism and is deliberately disseminated by the operators themselves as disinformation.
The nature of the actions of the operators does not coincide with the goals of any known organization, public or private.

But don't be discouraged. The answer is undoubtedly there, we just haven't found it yet. This means that we should not give up and consider all possibilities, no matter how absurd they may be. We will find the truth, subjecting them to analysis.

In fact, some of this work is already started. There are articles in Russian on this channel, which you can translate, which cover topics such as actual goals of operators, which I was able to uncover, at least partially. Please take a look and leave your feedback.
