And so little is said about what it takes to BE professional.
Everyone wants to LOOK competent. So few people commit to building and nurturing their inner confidence. You ARE already a professional. That is why you have this job. That is why you work in this company and that's why you even need to be on this video call every week.
Focus on communication, not on the things you can do once a week /once a day to impress others. People waste so many resources trying to LOOK competent during virtual meetings instead of radiating true confidence (that btw always starts with competence).
