In System-112, operators-psychologists are on duty around the clock, 7 days a week. They help people to stay focused and take the right actions before the arrival of emergency services, provide psychological support during difficult times, and stay in touch until the situation is resolved.
Since the beginning of the year, operators-psychologists have received and processed more than 20,000 calls.
