Industrial LED ribbons is a special batch, design for laying underground. Construction and technical characteristics of ribbons are optimized for exploitation in conditions of mine workings, tunnels and other working spaces with hard conditions: increased dustiness, humidity, vibration and explosive loads.

Characteristics of LED industrial ribbons
LED mining ribbons is an optimal solution to create effective and safe lighting systems. Excellent results of lighting in combination with low energy consumption is not the only advantage.
- High strength. The design of industrial ribbons is optimized for using in the harsh conditions of mine workings, that allows to make them as strong as possible on tension and point load.
- Service life of more than 10 years. According to the results of laboratory testing, the estimated life of a ribbon will be more than 10 years. The LEDs remained on for 6 years of testing, and there were no symptoms of burnout, exhaustion, etc.
- Versatility and maintainability. Ribbons consist of separate segments with parallel power supplies. Due to such design they are easy to cut, repair and connect even in the field.
- Low energy consumption. Consumption of energy by industrial ribbons depends of a number of LEDs per 1 running meter, and does not exceeds 2,5-9 Wt/m, that allow to reduce energy supply costs significantly.
- High protection class. Protection class of industrial LED ribbons - IP67. Ribbons are not susceptible to moisture and dust, including direct water flow, and remain functional even when submerged in water to a depth of 1 meter.
- Variability of the length. Unlike other ribbons, that are delivered in fixed segments, industrial models allow you to vary their length. A nano-coating with silicone prevents dust from sticking to the surface of a ribbon.
- Maximum continuous length. Using copper conductors for long segments allows you to lay a ribbon in sections of considerable length (up to 168 meters), and this in turn makes it possible to save on the installation of lighting.
The safety of industrial LED ribbons is confirmed by the certificate of compliance of the Federal Agency for technical regulation and Metrology, as well as European, American and Australian certificates for compliance with international safety requirements.
