The next thing to do is content strategy, content creation, content distribution and content promotion.

Related: Content is King in marketing

Start by creating SEO optimized blog posts to improve your page authority, and rank high in relative keywords that your potential customers use when they search for services related to your business.

Optimize your content for all channels and distribute these contents across selected social media.

Use video contents to create brand awareness, product promotion, convert your blog contents to social media posts.

The Engaging Stage

Engage your prospects to build trust and relationship. Using tools like chatbots, social media direct message, call to action tools like inquiry forms, landing pages and registration form.

The Closing Stage

This stage is where you make sales, close deals and convert prospects to customers.

Make calls to follow up, send email campaigns, schedule online meetings to close deals. Give prospects signup forms, help converted customers to order for your product or service.

Use tools like call, sales automation tools like Btirix 24, Hubspot, or Salesforce to close and conclude deals.

Delighting Stage.

To have repeated sales, you need to ensure customers are satisfied with your product or service. Call customers to find out if they are pleased with your service and request for an honest review.

Use Tools like Google my Business reviews, survey monkey, after-sales inquires forms and email newsletter to keep your customers up to date about your service.
