After several years of hard work, the body and psyche are no longer able to cope with the increased workload, the person becomes alienated from social life, the immune system is weakened, depression and painful syndromes appear, and alcohol and other chemical consumption increases.

All this is developing slowly, but the process of treatment takes a lot of time. According to the European Agency for Occupational Health and Safety (EU-OSHA), nearly 28% of Europeans experience psychological disorders related to occupational burnout. In Russia, this figure is 50%.

1. Chronic fatigue. When neither full rest, nor eight-hour sleep, nor even a relaxing massage helps - it is time to sound the alarm.

2. You are not interested in anything. Even the things you used to get high from, whether it's work, entertainment or a hobby.

3) You can't do a simple job, though it wasn't a problem before.

4. Sharp mood swings. From unjustifiably excited, irritable to restless, indifferent.

5. Your self-esteem is zero. And here you are not helped by any soul conversations or sessions of a psychologist.

6. Headaches. And painkillers do not help.

HOW TO STOP THE "RACE": TWO RULES

1. Restoration of forces

At least once a month, get yourself a "reset" and take the weekend off for two days. On Friday go to bed until 00:00 and sleep as much as you want on Saturday. After you wake up, drink a glass of water and "wake up" yourself up by charging (it is not necessary to arrange fitness marathons). Then breakfast and a walk in the fresh air is a must.

Rest at lunch (and you can even sleep). No TVs, smartphones, and work - only relax. Meditation is a great bonus. In the evening go to bed until 22:00, and the next day follows the same scheme. This will be enough to restore strength and energy.

2. Unloading from negative emotions
