How often it happens to us that we have an important task to perform, and the body plays a bad joke with us: pulls eyelids down, and legs — in bed. And it seems that nothing and no one can save us from an unavoidable dream. Sleep, indeed, is the best way to quickly regain strength and cheer up. Only it should be a short sleep - 10-15 minutes. If you're afraid you won't wake up so quickly or just don't have the time or the opportunity to sleep, take one of the ways I recently read from the German-language book "What makes our energy flow" (Was die Energies sum Flies sen bring). All these methods allow you to raise the energy level in your body and somehow cheer up. So, let's go!
1. Knock on the gland.
After you find it (this is where you beat yourself in King Kong's chest), sit or stand for 60 seconds with your fingers or fist. This simple exercise helps to get rid of fear or stress and stimulates the body's defenses. Just don't overdo it, or you may have to go through what I wrote in the post “Why did I get excited when I found out I broke a rib?"
2. Self-massage legs.
Self-massage of the feet is not about giving yourself a massage, but about putting something under your feet (something hard to roll with your feet) and rolling it. There are special massages (including electric massages) that can be discreetly placed under the desk or used while you are relaxing by the TV. Everyone knows that our organs are reflected on the feet in the form of reflex zones. By stimulating them, we stimulate the organs of the entire body. 5 minutes a day will be enough for each leg. The energy will definitely increase!
3. Waving your hands.
This exercise is very much revered among the elderly generation of China and Taiwan. There it is considered to be perfectly normal to meet in the park and talk, doing exactly this exercise. You just need to get away from each other:) This exercise improves the circulation of energy throughout the body. The blood supply in the spine, shoulders, arms and legs improves. Muscles relax and tone up at the same time. The body relaxes, the blockages are removed. Energy flows freely. Sleep will immediately change.
This exercise is done simply. You have to get up, put your feet on the shoulder width. Do not strain your knees, keep them slightly relaxed. The air should pass through the nose freely during the exercise. Raise your hands to the height of your shoulders and turn your hands down so that they hit you on the body. Five minutes will be enough for you to start, then you can increase the time. Make sure that the rhythm of the exercise is regular and even.
4. Shake your body.
This chi-gong exercise is now known and popular not only in China but also in the West. “Shake off your illnesses and worries! — talk about this exercise. With this exercise you can try to put the energy of the body back in motion: to give up the old energy and get a new one. This exercise helps to relieve bodily and spiritual tension. It is cleansing and helps to restore balance in the body.
If you have ever done belly dancing, it is easy to shake all parts of your body at once. Well, if you haven't done it yet, start with your feet. Quickly and quickly shake your knees, directing your movement upwards. All movements should be intuitive. They should give you pleasure. Relax every muscle, shake off every thought. 5-10 minutes will be enough. At the end, you need to loosen the movements and stand still for a while in peace. Try not to fall asleep again:)
5. A pat on the body.
A pat on the body is one of the simplest chi-gong exercises. This exercise improves blood circulation and blood circulation in the body. It activates the whole body. After patting you will feel relaxed and refreshed. Stand up straight for the exercise. The legs are on the shoulder width. Applauding should be done with a slightly bent hand. Applaud all over the body, from the arms and upper body to the legs. You can change hands while doing the exercise. Blood circulation improves and your cells get extra oxygen and nutrients. You will quickly feel the flow of energy.
6. Going backwards.
By doing this exercise, you'll definitely wake up. But this is not the only effect the exercise has. The Eastern saying says that 100 steps backwards can bring more than 1000 steps forward. These words can be understood both literally and figuratively. Literally, this exercise is aimed at the training of coordination and concentration, and also connects the right and left halves of the brain with each other. It strengthens your senses and restores muscles that do not work when walking forward. Of course, it is important to ensure the safety of yourself and your loved ones when doing this exercise. Do it where there is no one else.
