Trust! That's the main thing and fragile in psychology. Without which there is little that will happen.
The client reveals to me, telling his innermost and wounding things, in the hope that this information will remain between us. For the client to trust me, I must also be open to him.

In all sorts of situations, even strangers to my personality, I can mentally "put on slippers" of the client. To purely sympathize with the person and empathize in the situation.

This is the strong connection between me and the client. After all, each client is exceptional in its own way and is important to me.
