- In fact, already during the launch of the pizzeria, there are sometimes unforeseen expenses that couldn't have been foreseen. For example, during the installation of a power line (for connecting the heater to the 380 mains) during drilling the walls of the master punched the heating pipe in the building. Water rushed to the floor under the big pressure! We were lucky it was autumn and the heating wasn't on yet.
- Otherwise, the hot water under pressure could break out of the wall, and because of the temperature, it would be very difficult to block it... In general, this trouble cost me 2,000 rubles.
- On the one hand, it was the master's fault; on the other hand, I should have checked with the landlord, where the communication pipes and networks pass, to avoid of such force majeure.
So, here is the cost of launching a budget pizza place.
Among other things, you may need the services of a designer to create original flyers and other printed materials. The cost of these services may include ranging from a few hundred roubles to several thousand roubles. It would be better if.

- I also did not foresee that I would order some goods and equipment from other cities, so you'll have to pay for transportation companies. I thought that delivery should be included in the price of the goods, but it is not so...
3) Delivery:
- - Delivery of the furnace (86 kg) - 2000 rubles;
- - Delivery of braces for pizza (4 kg) - 650 rubles;
- - Delivery of pizza boxes (~60 kg) - 900 rubles;
- - Delivery of flyers and business cards - 500 rubles (even with delivery it was cheaper, than I have in town!)
Delivery by companies is, in principle, fast - from two to four days. Loaders will probably have to be hired several times: to bring in and install ovens, as well as for the arrangement of equipment and tables. On the other hand, however, friends can also help.
Don't be afraid, it's an inaccurate calculation. As soon as you find a room, staff and resolve other issues before you open your delivery, these numbers will change. I have brought them only to give you a rough idea of what is going on monthly expenses.
