Childhood and youth
The future athlete was born in early 1989 in the provincial town of Pugachev, Saratov region. His young years there did not differ in the variety of sections he attended. As a child, he did little sports. For the first time in the gym Cyril was at the age of 15, but his meeting with iron quickly ended.

Powerlifting
Over the years, powerlifting has reached a professional level for Kirill. In 2009, he met the organiser of the Champions Battle tournament, Andrey Fedoseev. The man was just looking for the strongest athletes in the world. He looked at the potential in the provincial athlete and convinced Sarychev to study without equipment to prepare for the new competitions.Guests and judges of the Battle of Champions 2010 were amazed at the young guy's abilities. That was the first time he took 1st place in such a big competition. A year later, his figure fell, but Kirill still managed to take the silver, and in 2012, he repeated the success of the first performance and took first place again.
For several years in a row, the guy has been actively training and in 2014 decided to set a world record for bench press. With a 326 kg barbell, he became a world record-breaker, and a year later, having increased his weight to 335 kg, he surpassed his own result. His fame went far beyond the borders of Russia, and since then the name of the Russian athlete has been known to millions.

And in 2016, Sarychev again showed the best results in traction at the World Cup. Another victory appeared in Kirill's biography in 2017, when he managed to take 1st place in the Russian Powerlifting Championship. A year later, he won the Thor's Powerlifting Challenge and Open event: BP Raw.Around the same time, Sarychev met with actor and athlete Haftor Björnsson, who arrived in the Russian capital for the competition, and before that he had a joint training session with Kirill. Boris Sheiko, with whom the athlete has been working since 2011, has developed a special training system for him. Personal life
Little is known about Kirill's private life, and in 2013 he confessed in an interview that he had a girlfriend, though he did not mention any names then. In 2014, she became the wife of an athlete and presented her son's wife. No information about other Sarychev's children appeared on the Web. Whether they are in a relationship now is unknown.
In addition to sports, in his spare time Kirill is engaged in video blogging, as well as business, from which he gets a good income.
