1.7. Организация работы.

Learners who simply mechanically copy the process the folding, they're not gonna get any use out of it.

It seems that it is very easy to fold a figure out of a piece of paper, but in reality it requires a high creative potential. Passion for origami, helping to develop observation, involves different knowledge. After all, in order to make, for example, a bird or animal in the technique of origami, it is necessary to know their shape, movements and habits: otherwise the dog will not be like a dog, and sparrows on sparrows. And before you make a mask, you need to know the nature of the character. If this is not done, the work will not give full satisfaction and will remain purely a mechanical repetition of the teacher's movements. Also, you need to see and feel the object that you want to make.

Modern standard forms of origami paper: square, rectangle, rhombus, equilateral triangle, trapeze, rectangular equilateral hipped triangle, pentagon, hexagon, circle, ellipse, semicircle. As a rule, concave polygons, such as the star, are not used.

When performing the product you need to make sure that the original sheet corresponds to the format you need. If this is not checked, distortions and overlaps of the individual elements will occur during folding. Bend or fold the sheet neatly, connecting one corner to another smoothly and accurately.

There are 4 prepared folds for the square: one diagonally, the other diagonally, fold in half on the directrix (as a book) from left to right and from top to bottom. These folds are repeated in many products.

When all these questions have been worked out, it is possible to proceed to the execution of simple figures or ornaments. Naturally, it is necessary to know a lot about the subject in question.

It is very important to make a mental sketch of the product, and then transfer it to the paper. These sketches and sketches will help in the further work on the chosen figure. In the process of manufacturing the form of an animal can accept more abstract kind, but it should be always recognised.

There is a certain point of view on understanding the beauty of origami. Perceive origami as an art is possible only with a subtle taste. This art is very personal, because the products performed by different people, have the imprint of their characters, inclinations, interests. It is no coincidence that nowadays origami art is actively engaged in higher education in many countries around the world.

It is difficult to understand this art without doing drawing, modeling, ikebana. The painter requires canvas, the sculptor needs space for origami need only a sheet of paper. But the sheet of paper contains countless possibilities, it contains a lot of "invisible" folding lines, which must be selected to get the desired shape or element. Properly folded paper or not, depends only on your skill and eye gauge. To create a new figure, a person must be with enough imagination to see the lines on which you can add something.

While other arts depend on brushes, paints, incisors and other tools, in origami main instrument - fingers, and they need to be trained. This is suitable for exercises on the performance of individual origami figures (such as beak, paw, head, leg) and simple basic forms.

Complication of tasks in the production of works in the traditional form

Possible due to the gradual rejection of folding schemes, the execution of complex products only for the finished product (sample). Good results are obtained by means of a form of training, when all characters and necessary items are successively executed from a single sheet of paper according to your own scenario.

In some works, especially in the combined form of origami, in the performance of individual parts that make up the product, the basis for them is a stage of implementation of the main part of the product.

In the manufacture of products consisting of several individual parts, modules or finished products (garlands, balls, frames, etc.), you should pay attention to the standardity and accuracy of their execution. Neglecting this leads to the impossibility of joining the parts or to poor appearance of the finished work. In the manufacture of this type of products should be selected for all work of a single grade of paper (meaning the thickness, density, elasticity).
