Skinny Fat. What is it and how to fix it.

Skinny-fat, as a designation of a problem, came to us from abroad. And our fashionistas, especially without delving into it, picked up. On the network you can find a lot of articles on this topic, completely devoid of constructiveness, but generously sprinkled with photographs of Kate Moss and other famous beauties with a tummy and non-athletic figure.

You probably happened to meet them among your friends, or you yourself once realized that something was going wrong. Here, as if in clothes, a beautiful thin nymph, with graceful wrists, slender legs, just an angel.
