To find happiness, you have to understand first, but what makes us miserable?
Hurt, guilt, loneliness, fears, rejection, addiction and so on can everyone continue this list. Maybe if we allow the reasons found, happiness will appear by itself? The fact is that life is in constant motion, and the reasons will appear in the process of communication with people always. And so it is pointless to look for happiness where everyone is doing it, colliding and disappointed. Everyone has their own happiness, reasons for disappointment, and yet, as a rule, this list is surprisingly familiar to every person living on earth.
It is difficult not to agree with this. And yet, happiness is a state where there are no obstacles in achieving the desired or overcoming obstacles on the way to the goal? From how you answer this question for yourself, you can judge what strategies you will use in search of it. In the first variant, you look for, as a fish, where the water is deeper, and maybe even more vague. In the second, however, do not look for easy ways, fill "your own bumps" and show all your fighting skills, achieve your goals.
All this is true if you are happy to look for, as some object, a treasure that is hidden and must be found, only to find a tool to search for it. This, however, applies to the material sphere to a greater extent. If it is so for you, then sooner or later, a person comes to the idea that it makes him/her happy for a while, and then the feeling of happiness goes away. This is how new goals are set and life is filled with activities to achieve this state of happiness, as an eternally escaping stranger.
Is "a man born to be happy, like a bird to fly"? Or is this winged expression inspired by the longing for the impossibility of happiness on earth and "born to crawl, can't fly"? What is the meaning of one's own existence in the world? A human being is a social being, that is why happiness is very doubtful to the simple satisfaction of biological needs. And not only biological! Meeting any needs sooner or later leads to satiety.
Apart from one need - recognition and love! That is, the absence of love, even if a person does not realize this need, replacing it with the achievements of all possible benefits of civilization, makes a person unhappy, even in the presence of visible social success. Confession and love are given to a person barely when he or she is born, if he or she is expected, wanted, and then what happens when we grow up? When our desires contradict the will of parents, society, relatives and significant people, we feel unhappy, because life is filled not only with pleasures, but also with duties, rules, and responsibilities.
How can all this be linked so that the "wolves are fed and the sheep are intact"?
Find your calling and absorb all the knowledge that will help to realize this calling to the fullest extent possible! And here comes the most interesting thing: doing one's job with love, a person becomes beautiful, attractive, desirable, i.e. giving love to people through doing it, receives in return a confession and love! So why make an effort, what guidelines will help you find your calling, and therefore happiness?
