18. The concept of labor is first of all put forward when raising the heart. From the first years, work is established as the only basis for life, as improvement. In doing so, the notion of selfishness of work is destroyed; on the contrary, a broad understanding of work for the benefit of all joins in. Such a view already considerably thinks the heart, but later such an expansion of the concept of work will be insufficient, then in the fires of the heart is created a spatial work for the future. Then there is no negation that prevents the growth of work. Then spatial work consciously penetrates into higher spheres. In this condition of consciousness, the heart receives a strong armor, which is even useful for the Fiery World. We will strive for the armor of all suitable things. (С., 411)

It's not just the labor factor that influences the education of the heart. Children need to know about the innermost immortal essence. It is children who find it easier to tell about the treasure of the heart. I believe that this story will remain for life, as the first ascent. (P., 575) The concept of spirituality is also linked to the heart.

19. Spirituality is a natural quality earned, but it can be brought up in the middle stages. But it is necessary to start such a transformation from birth. It is necessary to give a clean atmosphere, not to darken the imagination with mean views, to teach rejoicing, namely, the sublimely beautiful, to remove luxury and all kinds of dirt. One should not think that the emptiness of (spiritual) life is not noticed by children. On the contrary, they feel the construction of the whole household, so prayer lives better in a clean home. (A., 7O)

2О. The first prayer of the child should be protected. Prayer has nothing to do with violence. The child's first prayer should not be ridiculed or condemned. The boy prays, Lord, we are ready to help you.  Passerby was very angry and called the child a proud man. Thus, the first sense of self-sacrifice was outraged. The girl prayed for her mother and cow, and such a prayer was ridiculous. But the memory remained almost funny, whereas such care was touching.

The fear of God is also a great blasphemy. The prohibition to pray in one's own words will be an invasion of the young consciousness. Maybe the child remembers something very important and continues his thought upwards. Who can invade to extinguish the impulse? The first precept of prayer will be a precept for the whole of life. 21. From an early age, children should be taught to perceive the beauty of sound and color. Music needs education. It is true that every person has a tendency to sound, but without education it sleeps. A person should listen to beautiful music and singing. Sometimes one harmony will awaken the feeling of beauty forever. But there is great ignorance when the family forgot the best panaceas. (Br., 292)

Once there was a beautiful tradition, now forgotten, when mothers sang lullabies to their children. Without such education, only noise will be available to the spirit of ignorance. The song of a waterfall or a river or ocean will be just a roar. The wind will not bring melodies and will not ring in the forests with a solemn hymn.  Harmonies are lost to the undiscovered ear... You also need to open your eyes for color treatment. Often a single touch is enough for the eye to see the beauty of the color forever, but still the enlightened touch is necessary. Even if the eyes are already open from previous accumulations, it is still necessary to make the conscription sound — look! (Br., 293)
When teaching a child to work physically, it is necessary to avoid one very ingrained prejudice. ...people should have the same knowledge of paired organs, but this knowledge can only begin at a young age. The child has the same knowledge of the hands, but in the surrounding examples, he sees a preference for the right hand. It is too late to restore equality in schools. Only among the first glimpses of consciousness can a child avoid adult prejudice. (Br., 275)

Work does not only improve the physical body, it also refines and improves the finer structures of the human being and prepares him to master the higher spheres of existence.
