Boxing helps to work well with these muscle groups. It is also not necessary to consider that boxing is a load only on the upper body part. In fact, all muscle groups will be included in the work. It is best to attend the boxing section in parallel with fitness classes, then you will be able to diversify your load and achieve the best results.

In psychology, there is a term such as procrastination. With this insidious phenomenon, we, one way or another, constantly meet in life. 

Simply put, procrastination is a tendency to constantly postpone even important and urgent matters, leading to life problems. 

As a rule, we put off the necessary and important things for later, which, however, are resolutely lazy to do.

This phenomenon is more relevant than ever in the sporting sphere. It is especially dangerous for those who like to start a "new life" with a significant day. 

For example, to start to lose weight from Monday, the first day of the month, after the birthday, the new year, from spring to summer. This position is wrong for two simple reasons.

Firstly, postponing cases has a cumulative effect, the so-called "snowball". You have postponed one thing, another, as a result they accumulate more and more, and it would be desirable to perform them less and less. 

Psychologically, thoughts about cases cause discomfort and it becomes more and more difficult to overpower oneself in order to deal with the accumulated issues.

Secondly, sports and proper nutrition are not a temporary phenomenon in life. It is a way of life. Any seasonal weight loss by summer, which lasts 1-2 months will not bring significant results. Yes, for a couple of months you can lose a few extra pounds due to proper nutrition and slightly strengthen the body through sport. After that you will safely go on vacation, go for a walk in a swimsuit and quit sports. Kilograms will return and you will have to repeat everything again in spring. This is harmful to your metabolism and can lead to the fact that the rate of weight gain will be much faster than the rate of weight loss in the summer season. But even if these parameters will be kept in relative balance, you will not be able to achieve a really perfect body if you are engaged in the mood. 

Try not to give up once, having achieved the first results, but to maintain and exaggerate them. You don't have to bust your balls, just fit 3 strength training sessions per week into your daily life and try to control what you eat. Then even slowly, but your body will please you every month more and more, and the results will become more stable.

How can you overcome the procrastination and start practicing? Alas, everything is simple in words, but it's hard in practice. You need to overpower yourself and go to the hall, not postponing for the best times. Stop eating cake right now, not next week. The first time will be difficult, but it is explained by the fact that you just go out of the usual comfort zone. New habits are in the process of formation, you adapt. 

It's always hardest to start. But, believe me, every week it will become easier to train and eat correctly, and the new rhythm of life will fit seamlessly into your daily routine.
