Conclusion.
Art therapy is the most ancient natural form of emotional change that many people use (consciously or unconsciously) to relieve mental tension, to calm down, to focus. You don't have to be an artist to do this - it's enough to take a pencil, pencil or paint and make a few strokes on paper.
The art of therapy belongs to the role of a natural conductor of experiences or symptoms, and all this regardless of age, sex, illness, feelings, or experiences.
The education system is always in the focus of public attention, and any responsible government is committed to improving it. However, as educational standards rise and the workload increases, teachers are beginning to experience 'burnout syndrome'. It is not surprising, therefore, that in most schools, teachers now have neither the time nor the energy to deal with the problems of graduating students.
It turns out that the guys are left alone with their worries and have no one to turn to. Therefore, in my work, I propose to introduce art therapy classes, because psychological assistance to teenagers in the period of preparation for exams allows them to more fully realize the possibilities of personal development.
Such classes can increase self-esteem and help graduates to control their behavior. And it is very important because the control over behavior and emotions helps people to make decisions, make the right choice and bear responsibility for the subsequent results.
