  • The end-to-end personnel management system (SCCS) is a mechanism that ensures the achievement of the goals and objectives of the organization through the introduction of common standards and methods of selection, placement, promotion, performance evaluation, rewards and sanctions, career planning. SCCS implies integration with the financial system, project management system and production systems.
