Healthy foods:

  • Eggs are another controversial product. Eggs contain cholesterol, which is considered a negative side. But cholesterol is not harmful in itself! Eggs are a source of protein, contain vitamins and minerals, and have a positive effect on brain function and memory. Our body is very sensitive to the number of eggs consumed (another mystery for nutritionists). For everyone it is individual. So just listen to yourself. Some people can eat eggs even on diets, and some can eat a lot of eggs a day.
  • Honey is the sweetest product among the healthy ones, so it can be used instead of sugar. This is a lot more useful. Honey is used as an additional tool in the treatment of colds, useful for blood vessels and heart. Unfortunately, it is a strong allergen.
  • Fish - it has a lot of unsaturated acids, so fish significantly reduces the risk of many heart diseases and cancer. Fish oil - vitamin D, which must be present in children's food. Its deficiency leads to rickets. Salmon is especially useful. Influences the brain, has low caloric value, contains a lot of iron. The only disadvantage is the possibility of mercury presence. Fish must be on your table (not in vain was introduced fish day in the USSR!). If you do not like salmon, you can replace it with tuna. There are a lot of fish species, among them you will definitely find such dishes that will please you and your family.
  • Legumes are vegetable protein, fiber, antioxidants, iron, useful for heart work, have a positive effect on memory. They are almost a complete substitute for meat.
  • Onion - a treasure trove of useful, contains, carotene, vitamin C, phytoncides, kills pathogenic bacteria, affects the thyroid gland, liver, immune system.
  • Garlic in many ways similar in its qualities to onions, further reduces cholesterol levels. It is useful to eat raw. Unjustifiably reduce its consumption due to the sharp smell.
  • Nuts contain a lot of minerals and vitamins, have been present in the human diet since ancient times. The body is adapted to the consumption of nuts. They are caloric, but many of them cannot be eaten!
