Accordingly, I can recommend you to really shed light on your daily diet and to focus on wholefood, unprocessed and mostly herbal food.

Milk and dairy products can also have a huge impact on your skin and gut health.

Even if the tip sounds almost trite, but drink water a lot. With the help of water, your body can flush out all toxins and toxins and so naturally cleanse you as well. In general, the detox aspect should play a big role in you.

And while we are already in the intestine: prebiotics and fermented foods such as kimchi, miso or kombucha are absolute favorites of our intestinal bacteria. Also, you can think about supplementing with a good probiotics.

2) sweating

Everything that makes you sweat is a great way for you to cleanse your skin. Your skin is, among other things, your biggest cleansing and detoxifying organ.

Regular sports sessions and / or sauna visits can be a great way for you to rinse your cells properly. Do not forget to replenish your tanks with plenty of fresh water (double cleaning effect).

Of course, you can also promote the optimal detoxification of the skin externally. For example, brush your skin. I did that for years with a very ordinary wooden brush from the drugstore. You should therefore thoroughly clean and dry thembrush each time after use, and replace it regularly.

In the meantime, I have replaced my wooden brush with an electric one and I have to say that was a really worthwhile investment, which I do not regret until today.

For cleaning my skin, I really only use GENTLE cleansing emulsions. My current favorite is cleaning Avene.

Also, I can highly recommend the day and night care of Avene. My skin loves her because she moves so fast and the skin does not feel so heavy and clogged.

(Also perfect before the gym.)

Basically, I'm of the opinion that in terms of skin actually less is more. Personally, I'm not a fan of 1,000 creams and pans and I'm not "annoying" my skin with constantly new products.

If a cream really suits you and your skin type you will usually not be able to say within 1 week. Therefore, always leave at least 1 month to see if and how the selected cream strikes you. One is often too impatient.

So give your skin enough time!
