- Stand in a quiet place where you can see the sunrise or sunset, as the energy is weaker here - which makes getting started easier. Try to stand comfortably, let your arms hang down relaxed.
- Take off your shoes so that the sun's energy can flow through your body. Unfortunately, today's shoes have a plastic sole which prevents the absorption of energy or delivery.
- Relax and look into the faint sun with your eyes open. Do not try to think about anything - be in the present and open to the energy of the sun. What happens in your body when you exhale?
